Portfolio

I am a Production Supervisor for Azteca Milling and I have been doing this job for the past 5 years. I started off as a general laborer and worked my way up to an operator position before becoming a crew leader.  I spent a couple of years learning the assignments that a supervisor does and eventually had the opportunity to become a supervisor myself.  I love my job very much.
